MR. CUPCAKE

I went a little tenticle crazy.

Charecter design/Illustration.

Hand Drawn and then scanned in to Photoshop to be colored.

I'm really pleased with this guy, I'm going to use him for something.

Kind of a mob boss with a sweet tooth.

SDCC Grendel

Anotherone of my child hood Faves.

Matt Wagner's Grendel is one of the greatest charecters ever.

Never mind one of the Sweetest designs ever.

This was for the SDCC 2007 book.

It didn't make it, but I think it was really cool.

oh well.

SDCC ROCKETEER

So, this was one of my entries for the San Diego Comic Con Book this year (07) and it actually made it into the book.

Done in pencil, and some greyscales added in Photoshop.

The Rocketeer was one of my Faverate Charecters as a kid.

I can remember sitting in the back of my parents toyota van looking over a Comic Shop News free newspaper that had a giant add of the Rocketeer (the cover to issue 1 by comico) and I had to have it. It was one of those jaw droppoing illustrations and charecter designs.

Dave Stevens is a god.

SDCC Darth Vader

I did this Darth Vader illustration as an entry for the 2007 San Diego Comcon Souvenir Book.
I've had a drawing in every souvenir book for the last 5 years or so.

This one didn't make the cut (I was a little surprised, I think its pretty sweet).

It was for Star Wars 30th Aniversary.

After Boba Fett, Darth Vader is my all time Fav.

Its made of thousands of stars. took forever.

ARGUR The Sound Dragon

The Second Dragon I designed and drew for the above mentioned conest.
Once again, I did a series of 5 numbered archival Giclée prints of the illustration.
This one had more of an asian influence.
